We know Safety must be the most integral part of our daily actions and we have the responsibility to insure that Safety is first and foremost in everything we do. With over 50 years combined technical knowledge in the industrial business, IHS is dedicated to offer the safest and latest technologies, saving both time and money.

IHS will continuously ensure that all of our work activities comply with federal, state, and local health, safety and environmental regulations. We also make the effort to exceed the current safety standards to enhance our safety atmosphere so that we may conduct work in the safest way possible to benefit our employees and our customers. This safety conscience atmosphere helps everyone involved communicate, develop and improve our way of safely working; which constantly brings forth new ideas and innovation to our industry.

It is the number one priority of IHS’s Safety Compliance Director to ensure that policies and procedures are in place and are in action. IHS conducts audits and self-assessments continuously to make sure everyone involved is doing their part and that the environment is safe, compliant and improving where required. Every employee, contractor or subcontractor involved with IHS projects are accountable and responsible for also adhering to this standard and to comply with the law, policies and procedures. IHS provides the training, equipment and know-how to our employees, which results in their success to further their careers and the success of IHS.

We believe in providing our employees with a safe, honest and helpful work environment. IHS provides the mechanisms to involve workers and their supervisors in the development of worker safety by implementing: safety program goals, objectives, performance evaluations and the use of safety incentives.
